Shirley Stroschein was admitted in this facility status post right hip replacement on February 2017. Hospitalization was complicated with atrial fibrillation, acute respiratory failure, delirium resulting to significant decline in functional mobility and confusion.
Shirley’s motivation and active participation in achieving her goals together with all the therapists played an important role towards her safe discharge home. Shirley was really happy on how she recovered in this facility medically and physically and was thankful for everybody especially the therapy department. She stated, “I’ve been here for a month in Pigeon Forge Rehab and I have found that it is the most helpful place I could be in. The people are warm and passionate, thoughtful, caring, professional at their jobs, organized and it’s been great and I’m going home tomorrow.”
