The Compassion Fund, a 501 (c) (3) grew out of the desire to provide assistance and alleviate suffering of our employees and the community immediately surrounding Pigeon Forge Care & Rehabilitation Center. The community and Signature HealthCARE employees are eligible to apply for awards if the recipients have experienced an unexpected, catastrophic event beyond their control and must be unable to meet the basic financial needs without assistance.
