Community-Based Services
Why are Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) important?
We work hard to discharge our post-acute patients back to their homes, and understand that home is ideally where we all want to live. Pigeon Forge Care & Rehab is a top provider of home-delivered meals, adult day care, inpatient respite care, and other home and community-based services that enable and promote independent living. We are a proud distributor of Lifeline home medical alert systems and participate with the Tennessee Medicaid Waiver and Choices programs.
Why is Community Involvement so important to us?
We believe Sevier County, in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains, is a great place to live and we want to do our part to contribute to the needs of the community. We like to get involved in helping the Alzheimer’s association and other groups raise money so they can continue to provide that local support back to the community. We all live here so we are friends and neighbors caring for friends and neighbors. Please let us know how we may be of assistance to you and your family.

How much do the services cost? The services are very reasonable in price and you can elect to purchase a small amount or a larger amount of hours of care, meals, or housekeeping services.
